About Me
I have over 20 years of experience as a psychologist, using evidence-based treatments tailored to each client. My approach fosters self-awareness with a focus on values-based actions. I specialize in working with young children and adolescents, helping them manage anxiety and depression while adapting to their family and school environments. Above all, I focus on individuals’ strengths, equipping them with practical skills they can apply in their daily lives.
